BELLINGHAM, Wash. -- A level three sex offender has registered a new address in Whatcom County.

Matt Lathrop with the Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office says J.J. Daniel Chilcote is living on the 5100 block of Guide Meridian in Bellingham.

Chilcote has convictions of first degree child molestation and two counts of fourth degree assault with sexual motivation.

Chilcote is a 24-year-old white man, about 5’1”, 110 lbs. with brown hair and blue eyes.
