PORT ANGELES, Wash. (Metro) -- Clallam County Sheriff's deputies say home invasion robberies are rare in the Port Angeles area, but that's what happened to a Gales Addition couple early Saturday morning.
Clallam County Chief Criminal Deputy Ron Cameron tells peninsuladailynews.com that three armed men broke into the couple's Fourth Avenue home around 1:30 a.m. and robbed them of about $900 worth of money and jewelry.
No one was hurt.
The suspects, all in their late teens to early 20s, got away in what deputies think was a small foreign vehicle.
