Washington Farms Being Spared In The Current U.S. Drought



WASHINGTON STATE, Wash.  (Metro)  -- As cool, moist weather continues here in the Northwest, farms here are reporting good crops and strong demand for them. 

This as most of the U.S. endures its worst drought in at least half a century.  

KING Channel Five says fruit crops are especially strong in places like the Skagit Valley.
