Bruce Springsteen ends European trek with record-breaking show

Bruce Springsteen wrapped up his European tour with a bang on Tuesday by playing the longest concert of his career.

The Boss is known for his lengthy shows, but he set a new record onstage at Finland's Helsinki Olympic Stadium with a set clocking in at four hours and six minutes.

Springsteen performed 33 songs, including covers of John Fogerty's Rockin' All Over The World and Jackie Wilson's (Your Love Keeps Lifting Me) Higher and Higher.

Towards the end of the gig, guitarist Steven Van Zandt held up a cardboard sign which read, "Over 4 hrs (hours) now!" to mark the rocker's feat.

Photos of the performance were later posted on Springsteen's official Facebook.com page, along with the caption, "Ask and you shall receive, Helsinki!... Tonight's 4 HOUR AND 6 MINUTE concert (was) the longest of Bruce's career!" (PAW/FCB/MT)
