BURLINGTON, Wash. (Metro) -- Republican John Koster and Democrat Suzan DelBene concentrated on their experience levels Monday night at a First Congressional District candidates' debate in Burlington.
Koster called himself an effective state and county lawmaker.
DelBene said her public and private management experience makes her better prepared to replace former Congressman Jay Inslee, who left to run for Governor.
