TACOMA, Wash. (Metro) -- A federal judge in Tacoma is allowing a long-delayed class-action lawsuit against Costco to proceed.
The plaintiffs allege that there is gender discrimination in the retailer's promotion and management practices.
The complaint involves 700 women.
The "Puget Sound Business Journal" says the suit has been waiting since 2004 for what some called a similar suit against Walmart to get through the court system.
