SEATTLE, Wash. (Metro) -- The King County Elections Office says a local voter got two ballots instead of one last Friday because she recently changed her address and re-registered with her middle name.
Tracy Maxwell's original registration had only her first and last names, thus the confusion.
An elections official tells Channel Five safeguards would have prevented her votes from being counted twice.
