Man Arrested In Death Of Lummi Man

LUMMI, Wash.  (Metro)  -- A homeless man is under arrest on suspicion of killing a 67-year-old Lummi man. 

Levi Eugene Joseph Charles is accused of beating Kenneth Joseph to death last week. 

A relative found Joseph dead inside his home on Lake Terrell road. 

The FBI worked on the case, along with Lummi Nation Police and Whatcom County Sheriff's Detectives. 

Federal charges against Charles are expected to be filed soon.
