A total of 56 federal, state and local law enforcement officers led by the Whatcom County Sheriff's office arrested 23 adults and one juvenile during the operation on Wednesday.
It was the fourth in a series of warrant sweeps that targeted serious offenders and known gang members in Whatcom County.
Sheriff Bill Elfo says they'll organize another sweep in upcoming weeks.
The arrests took place within the city limits of Bellingham, Blaine and in unincorporated parts of the county.
The most serious charges were for kidnapping, escape and delivery of methamphetamine.
All of the people targeted had outstanding active arrest warrants or probable cause issued for their arrests.
