OLYMPIA, Wash. -- Congressman Rick Larsen is holding a telephone town hall tonight to discuss the negotiations to avoid the fiscal cliff and other matters facing Congress in the final weeks of the year.

Constituents from Washington's 2^nd Congressional District are invited to call in and ask questions on any topic of their interest.
