Police Chase down Suspected Thief

Police spotted the suspect’s vehicle nearby and the driver refused to pull over, leading officers on a chase through several neighborhoods.
 

An officer was able to stop the vehicle with his patrol car and 33 year old Ryan Solomon was arrested after a short foot chase.

A passenger in the car, 29-year-old Gary Julius, was also arrested in connection with the theft investigation.
