Officers Continue Holiday Patrols For Impaired Drivers

OLYMPIA, Wash. (Metro) -- As we enter Christmas week, police all over the Puget Sound area continue to watch for impaired drivers.

They tell "The Olympian" they're looking for all kinds of telltale signs besides just weaving in a lane.

Officers from numerous departments, including the State Patrol, worked together on this past Saturday night's 22nd annual Night of 1000 Stars DUI emphasis patrol in the Olympia area.
