SEATTLE, Wash. (Metro) -- Still more mudslide problems are keeping passenger train service shut down between Seattle and Everett, but there's one slight improvement.
Amtrak says it will restore its Cascades train service between Everett and Vancouver, BC, rather than having passengers ride all the way to and from Seattle on buses.
Buses will continue subbing for all Amtrak and Sounder trains between Seattle and Everett until at least Wednesday.
