Ebey Island Farmer Says He May Seek To Grow Marijuana

EBEY ISLAND, Wash.  (Metro)  -- Ebey Island pig farmer Bruce King may become one of the first farmers in Washington to legally grow marijuana under the state's new marijuana law. 

King has told "The Everett Herald" that other farmers he knows are considering the same thing. 

Under the new law, the state Liquor Control Board will eventually license marijuana growers. 

The agency is now accepting public comment on proposed rules.
