BURLINGTON, Wash. (Metro) -- A Burlington family of five is pretty much recovered from carbon monoxide poisoning after bringing a barbecue stove into their home in an attempt to stay warm.
Skagit County firefighters told KCPQ-TV this shows why the state's new law requiring carbon monoxide detectors in most homes is important.
