Washington State’s marijuana law, and said afterward he was "encouraged" by the meeting.
The governor says he wants the state to implement a digital tracking system that will monitor the movement of marijuana, from growers to distributors and then to retailers.
Inslee says the system would be similar to that used in the biotech industry to keep track of pharmaceuticals.
