Larsen Say Sequester Cuts Wrong For Washington

Whatcom County, Wash. -- Democratic Representative Rick Larsen is calling across the board sequester cuts wrong for Washington.

The second District Congressman voted Wednesday against the so called continuing resolution that would keep the automatic spending cuts until September 30. 

Larsen is hopeful Congress will make smart decisions as they move into the new fiscal year that starts October 1.

 
Larsen says many spending cuts are already happening and will have a real impact on people’s lives.
