Officials: Fireworks Only Legal From Licensed Stands

BELLINGHAM, Wash. -- If you plan to have your own fireworks show, officials remind you to purchase only legal fireworks from licensed stands.

In unincorporated Whatcom County, fireworks are allowed from 9 a.m. until 11 p.m. through Sunday.

On the fourth, they’re OK until 12 a.m.

In the City of Bellingham, fireworks may only be discharged between 9 a.m. and 12 a.m. on Independence Day.
