A Whatcom County infant who was the subject of a massive search over the weekend has been found dead, and the father is considered the only suspect.
Jon "Cecil" Frazier, 2-months-old, was reported missing from his family's home on Willey's Lake Road east of Custer Friday morning by his father, who said he couldn't find the baby after waking from a nap.
The F.B.I. and numerous other law enforcement agencies assisted the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office in the search and investigation. Officers found the boy's remains in the 7100 block of Dahlberg Road in unincorporated Whatcom County. The father, 42-year-old Vincent Frazier, has been taken into custody.
