The Justice department and North Carolina suing eachother over NC’s bathroom law… and in with where this all might be headed is ABC’s Lana Zak from the nation’s capital.

Washington is the 11th-best state to grow old, according to a new Caring.com report which examined a variety of financial, healthcare and quality of life categories. Washington ranked very well in quality of life/healthcare (#5). Senior care is expensive in Washington, so that dragged its ranking down a bit. Dayna Steele, Caring.com’s Chief Caring Expert and the author of “Surviving Alzheimer’s with Friends, Facebook and a Really Big Glass of Wine” is live with Joe and Alex.
